This public website
This site explains Elle’s work. It has no patient-data upload or live AI coding tool. The examples shown are synthetic. We haven’t added advertising trackers or analytics cookies to the site. Your browser requests pages, images and other site assets from the hosting service; those requests can include your IP address and browser information.
When you contact us
The request form sends your name, email, work location and message to Elle’s inbox through an email delivery service. Email and telephone links open your own email or calling service. If you contact Elle, we use the information you provide to respond and discuss your request. Keep your message to business contact details and general workflow questions. Don’t include patient notes, health numbers or other patient information.
The billing platform
The billing application is separate from this public website. Patient information is stored in Canada and protected with encryption in storage and in transit, role-based access and audit records. Our billing service complies with Alberta’s Health Information Act (HIA). A practice’s data arrangements, access and retention requirements are reviewed during onboarding.
How patient information is shared
We never sell patient information. Sharing is limited to authorized billing services, such as submitting approved claims to payers, or legal requirements.
AI evaluation and data use
Elle provides AI coding assistance. Before an evaluation involving health information, the scope, permitted data use, access, retention and any model-training use must be agreed. Contacting Elle or viewing a demo does not authorize use of patient records for model training.

Contact Elle to ask about information you have shared with the team, including access, correction or deletion requests. Please describe the request without including patient information.
